Merchant9 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Policy
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the merchant9 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all rules set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the merchant9 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the merchant9 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and VIP members. The merchant9 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. merchant9 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other party.
- Users are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
Password Security
- Users are responsible for keeping their account password confidential. merchant9 will never request your password through any communication channel.
- If you suspect your password has been accessed by an unauthorised party, change it immediately and notify our support team.
- Merchant9 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Merchant9 platform users agree not to engage in any activities that violate applicable laws, abuse the platform's systems, or harm other users. In particular, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the system.
- Sharing account access or allowing a third party to use your account for any purpose.
- Spreading misleading or defamatory information that damages the reputation of merchant9 or other users.
- Engaging in any money laundering activities or suspicious transactions through this platform.
- Registering with false information or submitting fraudulent identity verification documents.
Merchant9 reserves the right to investigate and take action against any user suspected of breaching these rules, including suspending or terminating accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
Deposits & Withdrawals
- All transactions on the merchant9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR).
- Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and online bank transfer.
- Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with merchant9's standard procedures. Users may be required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is approved.
- Merchant9 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals if suspicious activity is detected on the account in question.
Bonus & Rewards Terms
- All bonuses, promotions, and rewards offered by merchant9 are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the offer is made.
- Bonus abuse — including multiple registrations or coordinated activity across accounts — may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
- VIP rewards are calculated based on valid gameplay activity. merchant9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any reward if fraudulent activity is detected.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Terms Amendments
Platform Liability Limits
Merchant9 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that services will be available at all times without interruption. merchant9 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or game outcomes. Users acknowledge that all gaming activity carries financial risk and that merchant9 does not guarantee any returns.
Intellectual Property
All content on the merchant9 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of merchant9 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links

Terms Amendments & Governing Law
Merchant9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be published on this page along with the date of the last update. These terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
Account Suspension & Closure
Merchant9 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if:
- A user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Fraudulent activity, system abuse, or any attempt to manipulate the platform is detected.
- A user provides false information or refuses to undergo the required identity verification process.
- The account is found to be involved in illegal activity or is non-compliant with anti-money laundering policies.
Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any refund related to unused bonuses or rewards. Valid cash balances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis once the investigation is concluded.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any outstanding withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures before the account is fully closed.
